RiskPro will:

Provide for general claim data input and maintenance of multiple lines of coverage including Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Liability, etc.

Require validation of certain fields and verification of the accuracy of the data entered against acceptable values, ranges, and/or coding tables.

Maintain loss valuation histories.

Track multiple claimants per occurrence.

RiskPro provides complete claims administration, giving you total control of your Risk Management information needs. Information is input and tracked at the claim level. Higher levels of claim information, including incident type, location, or year, are shown through the Report module.

        The starting point

The General Claimant Screen is the starting point of total claim administration. From this screen you are able to enter information into the Incident, Financial, Insurance, Vendors, Notes, Attachments, Workers’ Compensation, Automobile, and Litigation sections of RiskPro. A unique claim number is assigned to every claim.

The Maintain module allows management of general information for each claim such as Line Type and Office. Pull-down menus allow easy input of information. RiskPro provides input for Financial, Insurance, Vendor, Note, and Attachment information on every claim. Line Type provides entry into the remaining necessary modules for claim administration. (Automobile, Workers’ Compensation, and Litigation).
        The next step

Through use of the RiskPro notes and diary module, on going claim administration is documented while administrators are notified of needed action. Claim documentation is secure and complete. File integrity is maintained. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable information is accurate and up-to-date.
