With
RiskPro,
entering litigation information is easy. To access the Litigation
screens or pages, a claim is designated as a litigated
claim on the Claim-General Incident forms. Then
select the Litigation button or hyperlink on the
screen or web page.
Once
the Litigation module is activated, all pertinent
information can be input after clicking New. All
data is attached to the claim number for reporting, notes,
and attachment possibilities. Fields to input are Date to
Attorney, Company Attorney, Plaintiff’s Attorney,
Damages Requested, Additional Damages, Lien, Summons and
Complaint (S&C) information, Co-Defendant, Demand
Date, Judgment Date, and three User defined note fields.
Additionally, by using RiskPro’s
Attachment Module,
all litigation paperwork can be attached to the claim.
Maintain follow-up dates using the Notes and Diary
Module. Report summary litigation costs and total cost
by claim.

all of your litigation and claim information is centralized thereby decreasing
administrative costs by up to
