FAQs About Affordable Care Act Implementation Part XII
The Department of Labor has recently issued a list of FAQs and answers regarding implementation of provisions of the Affordable Care Act.
On February 20, 2013 the Labor Department issued its list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding implementation of various provisions of the Affordable Care Act. These FAQs have been prepared jointly by the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Treasury. Like previously issued FAQs, this list answers questions from stakeholders to help people understand the new law.
