Recently, Medicare issued a new chart titled Top 10 Section 111 Non-Group Health Plan Reporting Errors January 1 – June 30, 2023. The chart is now available in the Download section of the Mandatory Insurer Reporting for Non Group Health Plans What's New page on CMS.gov.
