We were engaged to act as risk managers and executive general adjusters to develop the existing programs for more efficiency and cost effectiveness for a New York Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). After our thorough review of the programs we developed a custom program for all of our client's risk and claim management needs in a cost effective way.
